We created this blend for a Scottish-Italian bistro in East End Glasgow. The owners requested a bold coffee with incredibly velvety body. After several trials we found an incredible balance using Brazil Ipanema Reserve Yellow Bourbon, Yirgacheffe G1 Chelelektu & El Salvador Ataco-Apaneca Honey processed. The boldest coffee blend in Duke Street Glasgow.
