This is Coral Coast Blend. We've only changed the name.

Same beans. Same roast. Same cup. The Guatemala La Morena from Huehuetenango. The honey-processed El Salvador from Finca Serbia. The same dark chocolate, cherries, and orange peel. If you've been buying Coral Coast for years, this is the coffee you've been buying for years. Nothing has changed except the name on the bag.

Why the change? Coral Coast was a name from an earlier chapter. North Sea Ledger is closer to the truth: a Scottish roaster's considered medium roast, rooted in where we work. The sea that shapes our work is the North Sea, not a coral reef. The name now reflects that.

Everything else is unchanged. The Guatemala provides structure and brightness. The El Salvador brings sweetness and body. Together, a medium roast that works as comfortably through a cafetière as through an espresso machine.

The label is Rembrandt's Storm on the Sea of Galilee (1633), the only seascape he painted. A Dutch master's record of northern water, from the same tradition this coffee now reflects.
